Take a Break!

While we recommend working out and maintaining a fairly strict exercise schedule, be careful not to over train.  We caution you on working out every day of the week.  Your body needs at least one day of rest a week from vigorous exercise.  This will allow your body the chance to recover, rebuild, and help prevent excessive fatigue and potential injury.  When your body is overworked, you increase your risk of injury.  So, don’t forget to take a break!
