Make Sure You Don’t Skip Lunch!

This is a great recipe that you can make and take with you to work.  If you are in a hurry during the work week, you can make this easy recipe the night before!

Chicken avocado salad- (320 – 600 cal)

6-10oz low-fat chicken breast (chopped)

1oz avocado (diced)

1 C mixed vegetables (tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.)

1-3oz low-fat feta or goat cheese (shredded)

2-4 Tbsp light dressing
