I met Monica Woodward a little over a month before my wedding. My goals for personal training were to get toned and to learn more about strength training. Monica opened up a whole new way of exercising for me. Before, I was doing cardio and a few ab exercises but I wasn’t doing any real strength training. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable and she always came to our appointments with amazing workouts planned for me. It was amazing how much stronger I was at the end of our month of training and I really felt great in my wedding dress. I highly recommend working with Monica, whether it’s in the short term to get ready for an event like a wedding or in the long term. She really personalized our sessions to my individual needs, whether it be to accommodate health issues, to prevent injury, or to give nutrition tips. She’s fabulous!
