It’s OK to have the occasional cocktail, beer or glass or wine and still watch your waistline. Keep your radar out for lower calorie and lower sugar drinks, mixes and alcohols.

Here are few low-calorie choices for you just in time for some summertime parties and celebrations.

Beer:

Serving size: Glass (6 oz)
White (Riesling, Moscato) – Calories: 115-150
Red (Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon) – Calories: 135-165

Cocktails:
Frozen Raspberry Cocktail
½ cup ice
8 oz of Minute Maid Light Raspberry Passion
1.5 oz of vodka
Combine in blender, garnish with several fresh raspberries.

Low-calorie Margarita
1 (2-serving) packet sugar-free lemonade powered drink mix
6 oz diet lemon-lime soda
1.5 oz tequila
1 oz lime juice
Crushed ice
Combine lemonade mix, soda, tequila and lime juice in shaker. Shake or stir till mix is dissolved.
Pour over ice and enjoy!
