Great Lunch or Dinner Recipe!

This great recipe can be used for lunch or dinner.  If you want to save time, make enough for dinner to have extra and pack your lunch for the next day.  Consistency and planning is key with your diet in order to keep yourself on track!

Lemon-Pepper chicken with veggie medley (200 – 400 cal)

6-10oz chicken

¼ C lemon juice

3-5 lemon wedges

Pepper to your liking

½ C squash (sliced)

½ C zucchini (sliced)

½ C bean sprouts
